Game News....



Pat Connaughton (6'4, 190 lb. small forward out of Saint John's Prep High School in Arlington, MA.) is headed to Notre Dame for the 2011-12 basketball season.

Pat led his team by posting a double-double (22 pts, 12 boards) in a 63-45 win over B.C. High School on Tuesday evening.

Player Spotlight: SF. Kuran Iverson



Kuran Iverson (6'8, 200 lb. small forward out of Northwest Catholic High School in Windsor, CT) is a member of the 2013 basketball recruiting class and he is looking at North Carolina, USC, UConn, Marquette, UMass, Florida, Memphis, Kentucky and Georgia Tech to name a few. However, it has been reported that Kuran has said...."Georgetown his my dream school."

Kuran is a long and lengthy small forward with a solid handle and a smooth touch from the perimeter. He can also handle the pill very and distributing the ball is one of his strengths.

If this name sounds familiar, it's because he is the cousin of the former NBA All-Star Allen Iverson.

Tampa Prep’s Morgan, Commits to Butler



Devontae Morgan (6'3, 175 lb. shooting guard out of Tampa Preparatory School in Tampa, Fla.) has verbally committed to Butler for the 2012-13 season.

Devontae is averaging a team leading 17 pts. and 7 boards a game for the Terrapins this season.

Morgan is capable of playing either guard position, but could have a future as a lead guard with the size that he possesses. His long arms allows for him to take almost any shot that he wants over smaller guards.

Morgan considered UCF, Clemson, South Florida, and Colorado before committing to Butler.

Katin Reinhardt Commits to USC



Katin Reinhardt (6'5, 190 lb. shooting guard out of Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, CA.) has verbally committed to the USC Trojans for the 2012-13 basketball season.

Reinhardt is known for his ability to shoot that ball. If you leave him open, consider that jumper to be good from just about anywhere on the court.

He considered UCLA, California, Utah, and Colorado before signing with USC.
