Greg Monroe, the 6'10 big man out of Louisiana, won the Wooten Player of the Year Award. He recently led his Helen Cox squad to the state championship and will play in the McDonald's All-American game next week (March 26 at 9:30 PM EST on ESPN). Monroe will play for the Georgetown Hoyas next year.
