Demarcus Cousins, the 6'9, 250 lbs Center, from Mobile, Ala. has chosen to attend Memphis. Cousins originally committed to UAB but decided to back-out after some uncertainties concerning the UAB program. With the addition of Cousins, Memphis now has the legitimate post player that they have been lacking for years. Cousins is the top ranked Center of the 2009 class.
