Coach Calipari's move to the University of Kentucky probably cost him his most prized recruit. He is no longer Memphis bound! Xavier Henry, the 6'6, 225 lb. shooting guard from Oklahoma City high school, announced Thursday (April 23, 2009) that he would not follow Calipari after he left Memphis, and committed instead to play at Kansas. Both of Henry's parents played basketball in Lawrence for the Jayhawks during their collegiate athletic careers.
