Deshawn Painter, the 6'9 big man out of Norfolk, VA, will play at either NC State or Maryland. He visited Maryland over the weekend and expects to make a decision before the spring signing period ends on May 20. Painter is ranked by Rivals as the #18 best Center in the Class of 2009.
