Markhuri Sanders-Frison is headed to California.

Markhuri Sanders-Frison, the 6'8, 270 lb power forward from South Plains Community College in Texas, has committed to the California Bears. Markhuri is originally from Jefferson (Portland, Ore.), Sanders-Frison attended Hebron Academy in Maine and Eastern Arizona Community College in Ariz., before transferring to South Plains last season. As you can see, Sanders-Frison is a big bodied low-post player who is getting his body into better shape. Markhuri Sanders-Frison is a left-hander that has a soft touch and is skilled down in the trenches of the low block. He also had offers from TCU, San Francisco and Idaho during the recruitment process.
