I can see the disappointment in the faces of the Dukies next season during the Tourney... "WRONG MOVE!"
Not Dukes style of play. They play system ball and Dawkins doesn't seem to fit into that system. Either that or Duke is going to make him a bad NBA player.
Carr, I disagree with this being a bad move by the "Dukies" and their coaching staff. Dawkins has great upside, and I think coach K realizes that he has to have some athletic guys on the squad that can create their own shots when the offense breaks down. This kid is only a Junior in high school and he has plenty of time to develop. Also, Gerald Henderson is the reason Duke made the run that they had this past season and I think this kid will come to Duke and have that same type of effectiveness as a player in a Duke uniform.
