Joe Jackson, a 5'11, 175 lb point guard out White Station High School in Memphis, TN., will play basketball for the University of Memphis Tigers beginning the 2010-11 season. Memphis' head coach Josh Pastner & Co. have sent a strong message to the competition that the University of Memphis still has a stranglehold on the best players in its own backyard. Jackson is as quick and explosive as any player in the country, the 5'11 point guard excels in an up-tempo transition game. He is a blur with the ball, he is almost impossible to stop from getting into the paint and creating havoc when attacking in the open floor. This kid is a must see before he hits the floor for the Memphis Tigers next season.
