Josh Smith Picks UCLA!

Josh Smith, the 6'10, 270 lb center out of Kentwood High School in Covington, WA., has committed to the UCLA Bruins to play basketball next Fall. Ben Howland and his staff have been high on Smith for about three years, and they finally received the a commitment from the big fella. Smith has outstanding hands and catches almost everything thrown his way. He is one of the few players (in high school) that is very effective and comfortable with his back to the basket. Smith is remarkably agile despite his massive frame. He has a very bright future ahead of him -- look for him to make an immediate impact at UCLA.
