Erik Swoope, the 6'5, 220 lb power forward out of Harvard-Westlake School in North Hollywood, CA., has committed to the Miami Hurricanes, for the 2010-11 season. Swoope, who had offers from Washington State, Utah, San Diego State, UNLV and Portland, committed to UM shortly after the Hurricanes beat Pepperdine 86-63 on Sunday night in Malibu, Calif.
