Mike Shaw (6'8, 215 lb. power forward out of De La Salle Institute in Chicago, IL.) is a member of the 2011 class and is being recruited by the likes of Louisville, Illinois, Florida, Southern Illinois and Texas to name a few. Shaw is aggressive -- he scores in the post and he has a nice midrange game. Shaw has tons of talent -- he is a long and athletic forward, but he must fight to be more consistent in order to be successful on the next level.
