Terry Whisnant (6'3, 175 lb. shooting guard out of Cherryville High School in Cherryville, NC.) is a member of the 2011 recruiting class and has given a verbal commitment to the Florida State Seminoles for the 2011-12 basketball season. Whisnant was the 2010 Gazette player of the year, averaging 28 pts., 7 boards, and 4 dimes per game.
