Shabazz Napier (6'0, 165 lb. point guard out of Lawrence Academy in Groton, MA. by way of Randolph, MA.) has verbally committed to the UConn Huskies. Napier is currently in the class of 2011, Napier is attempting to reclassify back to the class 2010 so that he could enroll at UConn for the 2010-11 basketball season. He averaged 21 pts. and 6 dimes a game this past season for Lawrence Academy.
Napier selected UConn over Arizona State, Florida, and Alabama.
