Devonte Newbill (6'4, 180 lb. shooting guard out of Strawberry Mansion High School in Philadelphia, PA.) has decided to attend Southern Miss. for the 2010-11 basketbal season.
Newbill orginally signed with Marquette, but the school withdrew its scholarship offer through a culmination of several things.
