Deuce Bello (6'4, 180 lb. shooting guard out of Westchester Country Day School in High Point, NC.) has verbally committed to Baylor for the 2011-12 basketball season.
Bello can be an elite prospect on the wing. He can play multiple positions and he packs an explosive, quick and great leaping ability. By the time he leaves Baylor, he will be considered a "complete guard".
Bello is a two-time selection to the Journal’s All-Northwest Team. He averaged 19 pts., 7 boards and 4 dimes per game last season.
Before committing to Baylor, Bello considered Louisville, Oklahoma, Florida State and Wake Forest.
