Jacobs is Headed to Bama

Nick Jacobs (6'9, 255 lb. power forward out of South Atlanta High School in Atlanta, GA.) has verbally committed to the Alabama Crimson Tide for the 2011-12 basketball season.

As a junior, he averaged 22 pts. and 12 boards while leading South Atlanta to a Class AAA state quarterfinals appearance.

Jacobs is player that doesn't mind going to the low block -- he gets to his sweet spots in the painted area of the floor and goes to work.

Before making a commitment to Alabama......Georgia, Florida, and Clemson were on his list of schools.
