Jalen Jones (6'6, 195 lb. small forward out of Kimball High School in Dallas, TX.,) has verbally committed to Southern Methodist University for the 2011-12 basketball season.
Jones has great athleticism for a guy his size, he is a rangy athletic small forward who has the ability to move over to the two guard position when needed. Jones is a solid rebounder on both ends of the floor and his presence on the front line should provide SMU with some much needed help.
