Tony Wroten Jr. (6'5, 206 lb. point guard out of Garfield High School in Renton, WA.) chose to stay home and play for Coach Lorenzo Romar and the Washington Huskies, beginning next Fall.
Two years ago, Wroten led the Garfield High to the Class 4A state championship game while averaging 19 pts. per game. He then sat out his junior year with a torn ACL in his right knee suffered playing football.
Wroten chose Washington over Louisville, UConn, Villanova and Seattle University.
