Enes Kanter (6'10, 240 lb. center out of Stoneridge Prep School in Simi Valley, CA., by way of Turkey) will not suit up for Kentucky this season.
The NCAA ruled Kentucky freshman center Enes Kanter permanently ineligible to play for the Wildcats, though the school will appeal the decision. It has been said that, Kanter received benefits above his actual and necessary expenses while playing for a club basketball team in Turkey.
