Jelan Kendrick, the 6'6, 185 lb. shooting guard out of Wheeler High School Marietta, GA., originally committed to the Memphis Tigers at the beginning the 2010-11 basketball season.
Before this season was under way, Kendrick was dismissed from the Memphis squad and now he will take his talents to Ole Miss to join Andy Kennedy and the Rebels next Fall.
Due to NCAA rules, the 6-foot-6, 200-pound Atlanta native will start practicing with the team in the upcoming semester and will be eligible to suit up for the Rebels next December.
