Earnest Ross picks Auburn.

Earnest Ross, a 6'5, 200 lb shooting guard out of Panther Creek High School in Cary, NC., will attend Auburn University this Fall to play basketball for the Tigers. Ross averaged 20 points and 6 boards per game last season, leading the Catamounts to the Tri-Eight regular season and tournament championships. He was named the conference's Player of the Year, as well as the district Player of the Year. Earnest is highly competitive, and an exceptionally tough, emotional, intense kid. As a basketball player he is very strong, loves contact, and is the prototypical physical player. He has good shooting abilities and range. Ross will fit in perfectly in Auburn's system and could be one of the top true freshmen in the SEC.
