Kyan Anderson (5'10, 160 lb. point guard out of North Crowley in Forth Worth, TX.) has verbally committed to the Providence Friar's for the 2011-12 basketball season.
As a junior, Anderson led North Crowley to a 33-5 record with averages of 21 pts., 6 dimes and 4 cookies per game. Kyan is quick with the ball in his hands. He is always looking to push the ball up the court, and can break down the defense at anytime while making good decisions on the fly. He consistently gets into the lane, but he will kick it out to the open shooter or drop it off in traffic for an easy bucket to a player on the frontline.
Anderson chose Providence over Oklahoma State, Oklahoma, Bradley and Mississippi
