Jaylen Bond (6'7, 205 lb. small forward out of Plymouth-Whitemarsh Sr. High School in Plymouth Mtg, PA.) originally committed to Pittsburgh last November for the 2011-12 basketball season, but this Summer he opened up his recruitment process and will now join the Texas Longhorns for the 2011-12 basketball season.
Bond is an active player on both ends of the floor and he should fit in well with coach Rick Barnes' style of play at Texas.
