Hicks is headed to UNC

Isaiah Hicks (6'8, 200 lb. forward out of Body of Christ Academy in Raleigh, NC.,) has committed to North Carolina, beginning the 2013-14 basketball season.

Hicks is a player that relies on his athleticism on both ends of the floor. His low block game needs work, but Hicks makes up for that with his explosion in the painted area of the floor. With his ability to get off of the floor in a hurry, rebounding is not an issue. He has a thin frame, but with added weight, he can come in a contribute immediately upon arriving at UNC.

He also had an offer from Xavier before deciding on North Carolina.
