Bobby Capobianco, a 6'8, 230 lb power forward from Loveland High School in Loveland, OH. will attend Indiana University this Fall, in preparation for the 2009-10 basketball season. Bobby Capobianco is a physical low-post player and has grown accustomed to banging bodies in the paint with some of the best athletes around the country. Capobianco is a bruiser that averaged 20 points, 11 boards and 2 (get that mess outta here) blocks and made the FAVC All-Conference first team. Capobianco enjoy's mixing it up in the paint, he looks to initiate contact at every opportunity. On offense, he can face the basket in the mid-range area, but he needs to continue to improve this part of his game. Capobianco does his best work when he stays around the rim, he has a tendency to drift to the perimeter and hoist up jumpers. In my opinion, a player of his size has no reason to drift to the perimeter for any reason -- look for this kid to making a living in the paint at Indiana.
