Mike Broghammer looks to take over at Notre Dame....

Mike Broghammer, a 6'8, 215 lb power forward out of Hopkins High School in Minnetonka, MN., will attend the University of Notre Dame to start the 2009-10 season. Mike was a two-time all-conference honoree, he also served as team captain in high school in the '08-'09 season. He played for the Howard Pulley Panthers AAU squad and led that team to the Houston Kingswood Classic Platinum Division crown in 2008 and was named MVP of the Howard Pulley European Basketball Tour. Mike is a physical frontline player who continues to develop his offensive game. He's strong inside in the low-post, but is comfortable stepping out and facing the basket. Mike is a solid defender and a good rebounder at both ends of the floor and passes the ball extremely well.
