Eddie Ludwig commits to LSU.

Eddie Ludwig (number 13 pictured above) the 6'8, 215 Small Forward from Metairie Park Country Day School in Metairie, LA., will attend Louisiana State University this Fall to play basketball for the Tigers. Ludwig shows a plethora of offensive skills. His overall skill-set is impressive as he shoots 3's with ease from behind the arc. He makes a living by trailing the fast break and shooting the jumper. He loves the two man pick/pop situations as he separates himself well from his defender with solid footwork as he steps into his shot. At times, he struggles finishing inside against taller athletic players because he lacks great leaping abilities in and around the basket. A bonus is that this kids shoots well from the charity stripe and he is hardly a liability when the game is close down the stretch. Defensively, he is alert off the ball and understands help defense and rotations. Ludwig is a solid basketball athlete that plays the game with a strong basketball I.Q. and will help make LSU a better team when he arrives there.
