Keegan Hornbuckle Commits to Colorado.

Keegan Hornbuckle, 6'5, 180 lb small forward out of Campbell Hall High School in North Hollywood, CA., will attend the University of Colorado at Boulder to play basketball beginning the 2009-10 season. Hornbuckle has a lengthy frame and is deceptively quick. He has been constructively criticized in the past for being soft and not assertive enough, especially in the paint area. Hornbuckle has no problem shooting the basketball. His main strength is his prolific shooting touch out to 25-feet. He has a feathery shooting stroke, especially when he is in a catch-n-shoot situation. He does need to hone his perimeter handle and get more comfortable taking defenders off the dribble. If he continues to get more aggressive and make a more concerted effort on the defensive end, he should have a fine career at Colorado. The 6'5 prospect picked the Buffs over Arizona, Arizona State, Michigan, Oregon State, Nevada, Penn and Loyola-Marymount.
